A New Chapter for NVC Academy
NVC Academy is entering a new chapter. We’re focusing more of our energy on growing the NVC Library and our On-Demand offerings, so we can continue serving the global NVC community with depth, care, and sustainability. This shift comes from lengthy reflection on how we can best support our community and continue to operate in this everchanging world. By strengthening the NVC Library, we’re creating a shared learning home that offers ongoing access, continuity, and a wide range of teachings from certified NVC trainers.
We understand that transitions can feel unsettling, especially if you’ve been learning with us for a while. This page is here to support your ease by clearly explaining what’s changing, what’s staying the same, and what—if anything—you need to do next.
What’s changing — in brief
- The NVC Library is moving to a new home powered by Vimeo
- We’re bringing learning together in one place, through the NVC Library
- The classroom and login areas on this site are being retired
- The Live Course program and it’s classroom are closing
- You’ll continue learning through:
- The NVC Library, and
- Some courses offered by experienced NVC trainers

Live Course recordings and handouts will remain available in your online classroom through December 22, 2025 on the current NVC Academy platform.
We’d love for you to keep those valuable materials. To support your ease and to give you extended access, we’ve created three ways to access, store, and download your recordings.

Option 1: Download from your online classroom
Download your course recordings and handouts directly from your classroom to your personal device.
✅ No further action needed if you do this before December 22, 2025.

Option 2: Download from Vimeo
Click on the Vimeo link provided on the welcome page in your classroom and download your recordings from Vimeo.
⬇️ You would still need to download handouts from your classroom. They are not stored in Vimeo.

Save your Vimeo link in a safe place so you can download your videos later when you have time. You can also stream your videos from this location as long as NVC Academy works with Vimeo. We will notify you if our relationship changes and give you time to download them. Be sure to store the link before December 22!
⬇️ You would still need to download handouts from your classroom. They are not stored in Vimeo.

As part of this transition, Get Started with NVC, Connection Based Parenting, and Living NVC remained available through December 15, 2025. That date has now passed, and the course is temporarily offline while we explore ways to refresh and relaunch it so it fits beautifully into the new NVC Academy experience.
The courses are no longer accessible at this time and we’ll notify you when a refreshed version becomes available.
