Trainer Tip: What does integrity mean to you? Each person has a different definition. For me, integrity means that I live in harmony with my values. Trainer Tip The time is always right to do what is right. —Martin Luther King Jr. What does integrity mean to you? Each person has a different definition. For me, integrity means that I live in harmony with my values. If you value freedom of expression, working for a bureaucratic organization will probably not meet your need for integrity. If you value predictability, you might not want to play the stock market. We all decide what we value. The trick is to live in integrity with those values each day of our lives. If a cashier expresses annoyance with you, or your spouse has just totaled your car, how can you respond in ways that meet your need for integrity? Now is the moment. Act in harmony with your values, no matter what or whom you face. When you do, you will live with integrity and feel free and at peace. Be aware today of the values you hold dear and live in harmony with them to meet your need for integrity.
