DESCRIPTION

Calling everyone who wants to see NVC supporting deeper change in the world, at a time when equity and justice are integral to the healing and changes we long for.

Are you striving to bring more effective system change through your NVC? Have you been experimenting and practicing how to do this and would like to meet with others doing the same? Are you unsure what systemic change actually means and looks like in NVC? Do you need more support, expansion and inspiration in your ‘systemic NVC’ journey?

Come along and share your own experiments in this area and get support for your ongoing journey. If you are new to ‘NVC with a systemic lens’, come along and find out more...

Sophie and Sarri have more than 30 years experience working developing a systemic approach to NVC and using wider transformative tools with UK Charity OpenEdge Transforming Conflict. Their work addresses the interlinked underlying causes of environmental, social and personal struggles, with an NVC consciousness, understanding individual experience as part of a system, and applying the principles of NVC culturally and structurally in communities and organisations.

During this course Sarri and Sophie will share key learning and offer support and inspiration for continuing to bring a systemic lens to individual experience, in the knowledge that if we are not proactively engaging with a systemic lens, it means we are likely to be reproducing systemic violences and inequities, no matter our intentions.

By supporting each other to meet what can be hard for many of us to live with, and many others of us to see, we can begin to access more honest, equitable and effective NVC practices.
