  • Have a very limited understanding of the four steps of the NVC process developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD - Observations, Feelings, Needs, and Requests 
  • Have a very limited understanding of the two big components of NVC - Empathy and Honesty 
  • Habitually confuse interpretation with observation 
  • Habitually take responsibility for the feelings of others 
  • Have been unable to practice and apply NVC in your relationships or personal situations
